1. Where is Aussieluv based?
Aussieluv is an Australian-registered business (ABN 57 365 281 029). We’re proudly Australian-owned and operate primarily online, serving customers across Australia and internationally, including the USA, UK, and Europe.
2. Where do your products ship from?
To keep our best-sellers available and reduce delays, we work with a small network of fulfilment partners. Orders may ship from Australia or, in some cases, from our international warehouse (China), depending on stock and demand. Every order includes tracking.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 6–9 business days from dispatch. During peak sale periods, public holidays, or rare carrier/customs delays, delivery may extend slightly. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on the way.

If your item arrives damaged/faulty or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or store credit, and if a replacement isn’t available, a refund.
