Shipping & Delivery
At Aussieluv, we aim to make every order feel effortless from checkout to delivery.
- Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- We partner with trusted fulfilment centres to ship Australia-wide with tracking on every order.
- Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order has left our fulfilment centre.
During busy periods, public holidays or promotional events, shipping times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while your order is on its way.
Where Your Order Ships From
To keep your favourite pieces available and reduce delays, Aussieluv works with a small network of carefully selected fulfilment partners. Orders may dispatch from different locations depending on stock and demand, but all shipments follow the same 5–8 business day delivery estimate.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident when you order from us. While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we will always assist you if there is an issue with your order.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrives damaged or faulty, or
- You receive an incorrect item compared with your order.
Our team will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item, store credit or, where a replacement is not available, a refund.

Refunds
Once a return or claim has been assessed and approved, we will process any store credit, replacement or refund as soon as possible. Refunds are generally issued as store credit or replacement. A refund to the original payment method may be arranged if a suitable replacement is unavailable.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
- If a parcel is delayed, we will assist you in tracking it and liaising with the carrier where needed.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can resend it once received back. Additional shipping fees may apply.
