1. Where is Aussieluv based?

Aussieluv is an Australian-registered business (ABN 57 365 281 029). We’re proudly Australian-owned and operate primarily online, serving customers all across Australia.

2. Where do your products ship from?

Most orders are shipped from our Australian fulfilment partners. In some cases, when certain items are not available locally, we ship directly from our international warehouse (China) to ensure availability and quality.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our typical delivery timeframe is 6–9 business days from dispatch. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel is on the way.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Our primary market is Australia. However, we do accept international orders from the UK, USA, and Europe, where delivery may take 10–15 business days depending on customs and carrier schedules.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If this happens, please email info@aussieluv.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit promptly.

6. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, as our products are custom packed or shipped directly from our warehouse. We do, however, replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our website under the “Track My Order” section.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout.

9. Do your products tarnish or fade?

Our jewellery is made from premium-quality metals and coated with long-lasting plating. With proper care (avoiding perfumes, water, and sweat exposure), your pieces will maintain their shine for a long time.
