🕒 Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Most items are dispatched from our Australian fulfilment partners.
  • Depending on product availability, some items may be shipped directly from our premium international warehouse (China) to ensure stock availability and quality.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days (after dispatch).
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: During sale periods or public holidays, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or cancellations once an order is placed, as many products are custom packed or shipped directly from our international warehouse.

However, we happily replace or offer store credit for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Are incorrect compared with your order

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items) will be issued as store credit or replacement at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method may be considered only if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

🚫 Lost or Unclaimed Parcels

If an incorrect shipping address was provided or the parcel is returned unclaimed, we can resend the parcel once it returns to us — additional shipping fees may apply.
