When Are Returns or Exchanges Accepted?

We do not generally offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, we will assist if:

  • Your item arrives damaged during transit
  • You receive an incorrect item

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and a clear, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Requests without proper verification may not be eligible for approval.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Our QC team reviews your request
  3. If approved, return the item within 48 hours
  4. Replacement or store credit will be arranged after verification

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Used or worn items
  • Size-related issues
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts
  • Items without faults or damage
