Returns & Exchanges
While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we will always assist if there is an issue with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged/faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item. Our team will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or where a replacement is unavailable, a refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed promptly. Refunds are generally issued as store credit or replacement. A refund to the original payment method may be arranged if a suitable replacement is unavailable. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, we’ll assist with tracking and carrier follow-ups. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, we can resend it once received back. Additional shipping fees may apply.

How to Care for Your Jewellery
- Avoid exposure to sweat
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear
- Remove jewellery before sleeping
- Avoid chemicals (especially hand creams and perfumes)
- Do not bathe, shower, or wash hands while wearing jewellery
- Allow creams to fully dry before putting jewellery on
- Apply a thin layer of clear nail varnish or polymer coating on the inside of rings for extra protection
Care for Delicate Items – Linea (2mm) Bracelet
This bracelet is a delicate piece, similar to fine tennis-style bracelets. Always pull the bracelet straight and avoid twisting motions when opening or closing the clasp.
Twisting can stress the links and may cause snapping. Damage caused by twisting is not considered a manufacturing fault.
How to Avoid Green Finger
