Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ship within Australia and internationally, with tracking provided on every order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

To keep our collections available and reduce delays, Aussieluv partners with a small network of carefully selected fulfilment centres.
Orders may dispatch from different locations depending on stock availability and demand.
Regardless of dispatch location, all shipments include tracking and follow the delivery estimates above.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be applied by your country’s customs authority.

To maintain longevity, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Returns & Exchanges
While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we will always assist if there is an issue with your order.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged/faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item.
Our team will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or where a replacement is unavailable, a refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed promptly. Refunds are generally issued as store credit or replacement.
A refund to the original payment method may be arranged if a suitable replacement is unavailable. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, we’ll assist with tracking and carrier follow-ups.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, we can resend it once received back. Additional shipping fees may apply.
